Channel penstock type ZBE

Channel penstock type ZBE is designed for liquid flow regulation and for flow closing. 
     
Description and principle of operation:
Gradual lifting of cutting plate causes fluent flow increase up to complete penstock opening and full gauge flow. It can be done manually or by electric drive.  

Penstock is made of stainless steel and can be used in channel with width from 300 to 2000 mm. Assembly consists on entering penstock into prepared recess in concrete channel and its concrete embedment. Penstocks can be equipped with manual drive with handwheel or electric drive with mechanic transmission. Control of electric drive can be done from place of installation or from central dispatch room.

Chamber penstock type ZKE

Chamber penstock type ZKE is desined for liquid flow regulation in channel located on high depth or where penstock's frame is located below floor level (well, chamber, etc.).


Description and principle of operation:
By setup demandable height position of cutting plate is obtained decrease or increase of liquid flow (up to complete closing or opening of channel).  It can be done manually or by electric drive.

Wall penstock type ZNE is designed for liquid flow regulation (also for flow closing) in channels or pipes.

Overflow penstock type ZPE

Overflow penstock type ZPE is designed for liquid flow regulation and for stable liquid level unkeep in tanks and flowing channels.

Description and principle of operation:
Penstock shall be installed in position "0" which ensures stable liquid level in tanks or channel. When liquid level needs to be increased simply this can be obtained by lifting cutting plate up to required hight. It can be done manually or by electric drive.

Pipeline penstock type ZRE

Pipeline penstock type ZPE is designed for stoping liquid flow in pipelines. 

Penstocks are manufactured for pipelines diameter form 50 mm up to 2000 mm and with different types of connections.

Flashboard penstock type ZSE

Flashboard penstock type ZSE is designed for opening and closing liquid flow in channels.

Penstocks can be installed in places where regulated drive is not required or can not be installed from the technical viewpoint.


Description and principle of operation:
Penstocks have simple construction and ease of use. To close liquid flow it is necessary to release penstock's plate up to bottom location and to open channel it is necessary to manually lift it above.

Penstock is made of stainless steel and can be used in channel with width from 300 to 1500 mm. Assembly consists on entering penstock into prepared recess in concrete channel.

Zastawka przelewowa - uchylna type ZUE is designed for liquid flow regulation and for stable liquid level unkeep in flowing channels.


Description and principle of operation:
Penstock is started up by rotation of screw and lift penstock's edge up to demandable height so it means liquid level regulation in flowing channel. Penstocks can be equipped with manual drive with handwheel or with electric drive with mechanic transmission. Control of electric drive can be done from place of installation or from central dispatch room.

Reverse penstock type ZZE

Reverse penstock type ZZE is designed for control of flow direction in tubular channels.

Description and principle of operation:
Penstock has diameter conforming to channel diameter where penstock will be built in. Penstock opens and closes self-actively by direction of liquid flow in channel up to complete flow closing or flow opening. 
Penstock is made of stainless steel and can be used in channel with width from 100to 1200 mm.
