SCREENING DEVICE - DRUM SCREEN

  • The sieve is equipped with a hydraulically cleaned rotating basket ensuring constant efficiency of the device regardless of the operating time.
  • The sieve integrated with the conveyor and the screenings dewatering press allows to combine the functions of separating, transporting and dewatering the retained screenings in one device.
  • The device is equipped with a system of knives cutting the fibrous parts at the inflow to the drum zone of the screen.

The device is equipped with the SPC screen rinsing nozzles
It is a system of screen rinsing nozzles installed in the screen basket and in the cross-section of the screw conveyor, rinsing and dissolving organic parts. Thanks to this, it follows:
 
                - reduction of soluble organic parts approx. 90%,
                - reduction of the weight of the pressed screenings by approx. 30 - 50%,
                - reduction of the volume of pressed screenings by approx. 80%.
 
Automatic screenings washing process at set time intervals controlled by the control panel. The groups of rinsing nozzles are equipped with shut-off solenoid valves.
 
 

SANDSTROKER HORIZONTAL - SWORM WITH SAND SEPARATOR INTEGRATED WITH THE SIEVE TANK

 

The device is equipped with an integrated bypass channel with a grate, cleaned manually.
High separation capacity is ensured by the separation of two sand trap zones: aerated and non-aerated and the use of a supply channel in the non-aerated part along with the collection of clarified wastewater with an overflow located across the entire width of the device.
Mineral parts retained in the sand trap are transported by a horizontal screw conveyor to the integrated sand washer.
Guaranteed sand removal efficiency: 95% for grains with a diameter of not less than 0.2 mm

The sand trap will be aerated - the installation includes:
 
                - air distributor with fittings,

The device can be equipped with a service platform with a ladder.
All components in contact with the medium, including sand conveyors, are made of stainless steel 1.4307 or equivalent (except for fittings, drives and bearings), pickled in an acid bath.
The sand trap installation is designed and made in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001.
 

POWER SUPPLY - CONTROL CABINET

 

Power supply and control cabinet for a sand trap and a sand washer made in one housing; in accordance with UVV and VDE standards
 
The cabinet is equipped with all the elements required for the automatic operation of the installation:
 
- controller,
- control panel,
- device operation and failure signal,
- delete button,
- engine switch, main switch,
- automatic machine. overload protection,
- working hours counter,
- control clock,
- Profibus communication system.
 
In order to protect against condensation, heating with a thermostat was installed in the control cabinet
 

INTEGRATED SAND WASHER

 

Installation for optimal rinsing of organic parts contained in partially dehydrated, contaminated sand. After the sand is fed to the tank, the organic impurities in the fluidization zone are rinsed from the sand. The sand washing process is supported by a slow-running agitator. In the sand washing zone, organic and mineral parts are separated on the basis of the difference in density. The separated sand is discharged by a stainless steel screw conveyor. The sand discharged by the conveyor is simultaneously dewatered by gravity. The discharge of sand from the washer is time-controlled and depends on the amount of sand separated, measured with a pressure probe.

- Reduction of organic pollutants to the level: ≤ 3% loss on ignition
- Separation efficiency: 95% (for grain sizes ≥ 0.2 mm)
